  • It might affect what’s available to you, but that doesn’t mean it’s a no. Every lender looks at things differently, and I’ll help you understand what’s possible based on your current situation.

  • The remortgage process typically takes around 4–6 weeks once your application is submitted, but I usually recommend starting around 3–6 months before your current deal ends. It gives us time to plan ahead, avoid any last-minute stress, and take advantage of any rate drops before your new deal begins.
