  • Not necessarily. It depends on your situation, but there are lenders who take a more flexible approach — even if you’ve had late payments or defaults in the past. I’ll help you understand what’s possible.

  • It’s not just about your salary. Lenders look at your income, expenses, debts, and even things like childcare or car finance. I’ll break it down so you know where you stand and what’s realistic.

  • Not always. 5% is the minimum for most lenders, and in some cases, there are no-deposit options. I’ll help you make the most of whatever you’ve got — or work out what to aim for.

  • The earlier the better — even if you're just thinking about buying. That way you’ll know what you can afford, what your options look like, and how to get prepared.

    While you’re finding the right place, I’ll be on hand for any questions. When your offer’s accepted, I’ll guide you through what’s needed for the full application.

  • 04. Mortgage application to offer

    I’ll take care of the application and paperwork, keeping you updated every step of the way, from submission to mortgage offer and everything that follows.

  • 05. Protection advice

    We’ll talk about how to protect what matters, from life cover to income protection, so your home and income are secure, whatever life throws your way.

  • 06. Completion day

    Once everything’s in place, I’ll stick with you right through to the day you get the keys — and celebrate your first home moment with you.
